Fully Accessible Pool

To support the spirit in a balanced way, the body needs exercise and here at Mangreen we have a heated indoor swimming pool where you can exercise in your own space – quietly and peacefully, surrounded by the energies of the garden and our Light Centre.

Swimming is the best form of exercise for maintaining health and bringing relaxation to the body, mind and spirit, and our indoor swimming pool is let on a time share basis in mainly half hour, but occasionally longer periods.

The pool is 10m (32ft) long, by 5m (16ft) wide, and the depth is 1.4m throughout. The temperature is kept around 30°C but on occasions there are situations outside our control which may affect this. The facilities include a shower, hair dryer  together with a chair hoist with a spreader bar sling, making the pool fully accessible.
