      With many of us experiencing fluctuating emotions, With many of us experiencing fluctuating emotions, it's said that daily routines/structure, calming mini-spaces & 'good memory' items can help to ease feelings of anxiety. So at Mangreen, we're alternating between the solid grounding objects that offer feelings of stability AND small spaces that offer feelings of 'light' & connection. If you haven't already, maybe see if there are items, songs, aromas, movements etc., that conjure up good feelings, encourage focus & take the edge off anxieties. We are all experiencing unpredictable & unsettling times. The best each of us can do is care for ourselves, do all we can for those around us & be as helpful/considerate as possible to others #onedayatatime

      Most of us are feeling worried, anxious & overwhel Most of us are feeling worried, anxious & overwhelmed about the variety of unknowns we’re facing. Finding ways to take the edge off stress when constantly worried, can feel near impossible. But in case it’s of any help to you, we thought we’d share something that’s helping us at Mangreen. We each try to give ourselves 10 mins a day to look at & focus on the natural world around us & breathe in slowly & deeply several times. We’re finding this is helping to give mind & body time to process, connect & release emotions. Here’s what we’ve been doing: take in a deep slow breath through your nose, hold for 3 seconds & then very slowly breath out. Repeat four times. There are many meditation, yoga, mindfulness sessions & tips online. With all that’s happening, the one thing we can try is to find a moment to ease our stress levels. The majority of us are feeling lost, scared & anxious - you’re not the only one #peoplesupportingpeople
